Its two-shift operation can provide a complete and finished product ready for installation and use in a timely manner. This eliminates the need for additional vendors and speeds up the delivery cycle.
Our vertical machining centers are equipped with 4th axis capabilities which improve our ability to produce product without multiple set-up time and cost. Our late model equipment is capable of holding close tolerances and high micro finishes. Kovatch Castings designs and builds all of its CNC fixturing, and its multi-station designs help reduce cost and make us globally competitive.
